The Visit Excellence Gun Making Exhibition at Ripley Castle will feature a hands-on exhibition of the world’s finest guns, and a rare opportunity to meet with those who make them.
The first ever Visit Excellence Gun Making Exhibition will be hosted at Ripley Castle, North Yorkshire, on September 15-16th.
This truly ground-breaking and unique concept for an uncompromising ‘exhibition of excellence’ features some of the finest gun makers and gun trade craftsmen in the world.
They are exhibiting their skills and integrity, handed down through generations of family custodianship, and look forward to presenting their tradition, talents and dedicated perfectionism to equally discerning shooting enthusiasts.
Ripley Castle is the perfect setting for this fascinating exhibition. It, too, reflects centuries of perseverance, patronage and history, which have proved so necessary to maintain family traditions and uncompromising quality.
Visit Excellence has brought these gun makers together for a visual, informative and fascinating demonstration of the perfection they bring to the art of gun making.
Their skill and dedication will be on show for all shooting enthusiasts to appreciate; from the passionate collector to the occasional shooter, who appreciates the timeless attraction of fine workmanship.
Names such as F.Lli Rizzini and Cortesi, who are widely regarded as some of the best gun makers in the world, with their belief that hand-made engineering is the only approach.
There will be live demonstrations and displays of barrel making, actions, stocking and engraving from gun makers who have perfected their art over many centuries.
Visit Excellence presents a fantastic opportunity for customers and gun makers to network meaningfully.
It is an exclusive exhibition aimed at allowing both Guests and Exhibitors the time to really connect, talk in depth and to develop potential relationships.
They will also have the opportunity to WIN A SPORTING GUN… and support the Army Benevolent Fund who will be present at Ripley Castle.
