The Golden Retriever Club of Northumbria held its first working test of 2010 on April 4 at Crathorne Hall, Nr. Middlesbrough, by kind permission of Lord Crathorne.

The judges were Sarah Coomber-Smith, Jim Christon and Brian McDonnell for the novice, with Johnny Pallister making up a fourth in the open.
