The Hotel Endsleigh has been described as close to perfection

This award-winning hotel is a real treat and has a real knack of making you feel at home (with the advantage that you don’t have to cook, tidy or wash up). It was reviewed by Shooting Gazette, who described it as ‘sporting perfection’ as it’s located on the Hardicott and Endsleigh shooting estate.

Another Place

Another Place – the swimming pool

This could possibly be Labrador heaven, given the breed’s affinity to diving into any water nearby. (Here they have Lake Ullswater to swim). Walk on the nearby fells, swim in the pool and admire the view outside or relax those muscles with a massage in the treatment room.

Lake Vyrnwy

Shooting Gazette reviewed this property a few years back, saying: “As the amber afternoon sun slowly began to fall into the hillside and the shadows lengthened all around us, I wondered why anyone would ever be in a rush to leave a place as beautiful as this.”
