The annual BASC North East Essex gundog test took place at St. Osyth Priory, with grateful thanks to John Sait and Frank Walker for all their hard work in setting it up.

The novice and open tests had two categories, retrievers and spaniels, and were sponsored by Chudleys Dog Food.

The retriever judges were Simon Willett, Peter Lamb, Mick Lynch and Peter Berale.

Terry Baker and Stewart Seaward judged the spaniel tests.
