What a great video, watched this on Saturday night after a day beating, given a brace for our hard work, next morning, two skinned pheasants ready for roasting. It is as easy as he said!! This was a great help!!!

Very good video. The only difference that we do is that we take the wings of at the inner joint next to the breast, so that we don't have any splintered bone. Overall we were very inpressed that you took the time to make the video. Thanks.

Your video on skinning phesant was brilliant. I've just done a brace, for the first time, apart from not being able to pull out the tendons the rest worked like a charm. Thanks for taking the time to do the video.
