HRH The Prince of Wales was presented with a copy of "Animal and Sporting Artists in America", the National Sporting Library of America's new publication.

The book, published in October 2008, contains the biographies of 2,384 artists and boasts more than 400 rare images. It is the first comprehensive reference work devoted to American sporting painters and sculptors ever published.

HRH The Prince of Wales, known to be a keen shot, spoke to the author, F Turner Reuter, Jr, about his love for sporting art and fieldsports. A limited edition volume was also presented for HM The Queen to be added to The Royal Library at Windsor Castle.
