Shooters face £400k bill

The Government's estimate of the extra cost of making the facilities at the Olympic shooting venue "relocatable"

British Shooting has been told it will have to pay at least £400,000 towards its own post-Olympic legacy if it wants to find a permanent home for the shooting ranges and equipment used at the Olympic shooting venue at Royal Artillery Barracks at Woolwich in 2012. This is the Government’s estimate of the extra cost of making facilities “relocatable”, which it says is not part of the existing shooting budget.
