Deer farmers forced to shoot animals after "liberation" attempt

Following an attack by animal rights extremists on a deer farm in Stainborough, South Yorkshire, many escaped deer will have to be shot. Deer farmers Richard and Jenny Elmhirst have already had to suffer the loss of many young fawns and milking females that died from stress after being herded out of the farm. Though some have been gathered in, many of the stags are being shot because of the risk to the public and to motorists on the busy roads surrounding the farm.

its an absolute discrace that these 'animal rights' people can sabotage these places and think that they are helping the animals, but they are doing the absolute opposite, making things worse, these animals are putting the lives of humans at risk, how far do they have to go before an end is put to this nonsense and start to think about their own peoples lives before the welfare of already well looked after animals, theyve got it all wrong
