Kyle Burden, 19, of Lydbury North, Shropshire, admitted the offences at a hearing at Ludlow Magistrates’ Court on 21 August. The incidents took place in May and July 2007 at the 6,000-acre Kempton Estate, near Bishop’s Castle. He admitted nine offences under the Wildlife and Countryside Act, with another six taken into consideration. He was granted bail and is expected to be sentenced in September.
