Mystery over Moray death

Chairman of the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust Scotland, Alasdair Laing has defended his conservation record after a report of a sea eagle death on his Logie Estate in Moray. He told The Scotsman: ?Both I and the keepers who work on the estate are committed conservationists as evidenced by one capercaillie nest on the estate fledging four chicks per year over an eight-year period ? a record conservation charities would find hard to better.?
