I suffer from Reynaud’s disease, which causes poor circulation to my hands, and I am particularly affected by the cold when shooting. Is there any practical answer?
SHOOTING ADVICE
Dr Matthew Ricks
To start with, I would advise always wearing well-fitting and warm gloves while shooting and, between drives, make best use of pocket hand warmers.
If you find these simple but obvious methods are not working, then you could visit your GP to discuss other management options.
One obvious, but disappointing, solution would be to choose to shoot only when the weather is warm.
However, I am sure this will not meet your needs.
