The BASC Centenary blend, which has been produced by Adelphi, is described as ‘an intricate marriage of sweet grain whiskies, Speyside and Island malts ? Speyside pear-drops and Islay peat smoke’.
Nick Glazebrook, head of fundraising at BASC, said: “We wanted to commission this special whisky to help mark our centenary year. Adelphi has a long history of blending whisky so we knew they would produce a fantastic product for us.”
