Shooting tragedy as two drown in frozen lake: Two shooters died after falling into a frozen lake while it is thought that they were attempting to rescue their gundog.

Police recovered the bodies of Philip Surridge (pictured below), aged 42, and 30-year-old Paul Litchfield from Brightwell Lake, near Ringstead, in Northamptonshire.
The dog survived and was found with their shooting equipment on the bank by emergency services.
