A deer stalking enthusiast could be to blame for a bullet striking a vehicle containing three people near Hailsham, in Sussex on 12 December.

A window was shattered, and a spent .243 bullet was recovered from the passenger footwell.
The driver suffered an injury to his neck.
A police spokesman said: “The bullet found is of the type used for deer stalking it was dangerous and we need to find the shooter.”
