Sparsholt College has a national reputation of training gamekeepers and wildlife managers and we have an exciting opportunity to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced person to work as an Instructor/Apprenticeship Progress Mentor. The role involves supporting apprentices and liaising with the estates who employ them, as well as instructing learners and apprentices in a range of gamekeeping, land and wildlife management skills. The role will include working closely within our supportive Land and Wildlife team based at our stunning campus in Winchester.

Is this you?

You will need to be self-motivated and have the aptitude to work with young people and a desire to educate the next generation of gamekeepers. The successful applicant will be trained and supported to attain recognised teaching and assessing qualifications and hence we are happy to support someone seeking a career change
