Pigeon shooting
PETER THEOBALD
To my mind, flock coated decoys are essential pieces of kit because they don’t shine in bright weather, or when wet which means they’re less likely than plain plastic decoys to scare incoming pigeons.

For that reason alone they’re worth every penny of the extra you spend on them.

Nothing looks more unnatural to woodpigeons than decoys that twinkle in the sun or rain… and believe me the sharp eyes of a woodie will see the flashing glint of wet plastic from a long way away.
