Organisers are predicting a huge turnout for the CLA Game Fair 2013, an annual event which celebrates the British countryside and highlights the benefits of country sports and activities to the rural economy.

Director Andrew Crawford said: “The CLA Game Fair is the jewel in the crown of the outdoor show calendar and is recognised nationally and internationally as the biggest countryside event of its kind, promoting all aspects of a living and working countryside. Having missed a year, we are expecting a surge of interest and a ‘bounce-back’ effect with 1,000-plus exhibitors and a very large number of visitors.”

In a bid to encourage high visitor numbers, advanced ticket prices have been held at 2012 levels – see prices below.

Aside from the usual gunmaking, equestrian, clothing, fishing, motoring, shooting, hunting and food events, stands and demonstrations, as well as the debates in the CLA Game Fair Theatre, the CLA Game Fair 2013 will also include the CLA Gundog of the Year, and the exciting opportunity to win £10,000 in the Fish for a Fortune competition.

Ragley Hall first held the CLA Game Fair back in 2010, and attracted 150,000 visitors over the three-day fair.
