BASC Eastern branch held a novice Gundog Test on Sunday 24 September near March in Cambridgeshire. The results of the day were as follows:

1st Mrs. Pamela Scott with her Labrador bitch Sorrel
2nd Mr. Andrew Clarke with his Labrador dog Gunner
3rd Mrs. Cheryl Hall with her Labrador bitch Ellie

Highest-placed first-time handler:
Mr. Steve Bennett with his Labrador bitch Magna Carta (Sindy)

The picture shows the winner of the BASC Eastern Novice Gundog Test, Mrs. Pamela Scott with Labrador Sorrel. Prizes were presented by Mr. Graham Taylor, chief judge.
