Griffiths was charged with murdering 48-year-old Trevor Morse.
Mr Morse died of severe head injuries after an incident at Long Marston airfield, near Stratford-upon-Avon, on March 9.
Griffiths, whose barrister did not make a bail application, was ordered to reappear at the same court on May 27 for a plea hearing.
