Beretta 692 Challenge and Britain’s premier DTL weekend

GMK announce their sponsorship of Britain’s premier DTL shooting weekend, to be held at Bywell Shooting Ground on Friday 7th to Sunday 9th June 2013, and to include the Beretta 692 challenge.

The weekend will consist of a sponsors day on the Friday, the Dougal Memorial Shoot on Saturday and culminate with the English Open on Sunday.

Fabulous prizes to be won, including a total of five Silver Pigeon 1 Sporters, plus of course numerous smaller prizes.

The Beretta 692 challenge will be open to everyone who shoots on all three days.

One shooter skilful enough to shoot 100/300 each day (300/900), will win a brand new Beretta 692 worth over £3,000.

Bywell is renowned for presenting excellent targets – giving shooters the best opportunity to achieve such an amazing score.

The new Beretta 692 trap gun will be showcased at the event, it is the successful mix of tradition and technology, together with the elegant and striking new design, that makes this shotgun absolutely outstanding.

At its core, the gun has three key new features; Steelium Plus Barrels, a wider receiver and the inclusion of the new B FAST balance system.

The DTL weekend will be shot at the impressive Bywell Shooting Ground, located in Felton, Northumberland directly off the A1.

The event will be run by the venue manager, Alan Henry, who has shot for England eleven times and holds the great honour of captaining a winning team in Ireland.
