A landowner is seeking to establish “adverse possession” (squatter’s rights) over part of the Dyfi estuary in Mid-Wales. To maintain shooting rights Dyfi Wildfowlers must prove that that section of the river has been used for wildfowling for many years. Its case must be with the solicitor by Wednesday July 21. The club is therefore calling for any wildfowlers who have ever shot on the Dyfi particularly if it was some time ago to contact secretary Robin Melley urgently, tel 07973 285522 or email robin@matrixcapital.co.uk.
