National Shooting Week 2014, run by the Countryside Alliance on behalf of the British Shooting Sports Council, seeks to welcome newcomers to shooting at shooting grounds across the UK.

Organiser Jack Knott, said: “We want National Shooting Week 2014 to be even bigger and better than previous years, bring together all the different disciplines of shooting, and we hope to encourage as many club and ground organisers as possible around the country to organise an event or two during the week – perhaps getting local schools or social groups involved.”
