Today was the Mens Double Trap Competition. With Richard Faulds (Olympic Gold Medalist), Peter Wilson (World Cup Gold Medalist Maribor) and Steve Walton representing Great Britain.
It was a shame that Double Trap only had an entry of 22 Competitors. Even though it was a small entry the scores were World Class.
Richard Faulds and Peter Wilson went in to the top six flash final.
Richard Faulds 193 x 200 and finished with a silver medal after a shoot off
Peter Wilson 191 x 200 finishing in fourth
Steve Walton 141 x 150 10th
143 x 150 was the cut off for the final.
Monday is Skeet women official training. Sian Bruces gun has been lost by the airline. They have gone back to the airport today to try and find out if the gun will arrive ready for training and competition.
Skeet Men fly out tomorrow getting ready for official training on wednesday and competition on thursday and friday.
