Police hunt for poachers who stole 200 pheasants
Police have begun a hunt for poachers who shot and stole up to 200 pheasants from Kingswood Farm, near Ramsey.
The theft took place at Rolts Wood, in Upwood, between 9 and 16 January.
Police are alerting local residents in case they are offered cheap pheasant meat.
Sergeant Chris Balmer said: ?You may be offered meat in a deal that seems too good to be true. If this happens, ask where it came from.?
Anyone with information about the theft should contact the Cambridgeshire Constabulary, tel 0345 456 4564.
