Shoot days may be bribes

Businesses offering shooting days to entertain corporate clients are unsure if they will be prosecuted under new legislation. Guidance from the Department of Justice states that the Government does not intend for the Bribery Act to prohibit reasonable hospitality, but it also states that hospitality and promotional business expenditure can be employed as bribes. Those offering or agreeing to a bribe could face punishment.
