Find out more.Twenty-two teams have taken part in a City Sporting Challenge at the Royal Berkshire Shooting School, raising over £80,000 for DebRA, the national charity working for those affected by the rare skin disease, Epidermolysis Bullosa.
Guests also participated generously in a charity auction, with lots including a private VIP tour of the James Purdey and Sons factory. Richard Purdey (pictured, centre), Shooting Society president of DebRA, said: ?The outcome was a day that exceeded our expectations, not only in terms of the teams that entered, but also in the amount the day successfully raised. The financial support provided by the sponsors for the event and the money raised through people bidding in the auction was terrific.?
