The Mortons, who farm around 850 acres, have now diversified into three businesses. Selling firearms, cartridges, clothing and a gunsmith service, Ling’s Country Goods was established
in outbuildings in 1997. Making successful progress, they bought Jem Pet Supplies in 2002.
Last year the Mortons launched an innovative simulated game-shooting venture amusingly called Hot Flushes.
