American teenager was shot by his dog when it landed on a shotgun whilst duck hunting
An American teenager was shot by his own gun after his dog jumped into a boat and landed on the trigger of his shotgun.
The 19-year-old was admitted to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The sheriff’s office said the dog “jumped into the boat engaging the trigger on the shotgun causing the discharge”.
The incident is still under investigation.
