Scottish expat shooters are being asked for recipes for publication in a booklet

Find out more.The Scottish Country Sports Tourism Group (SCSTG) and Scotland’s Natural Larder are looking for recipes from Scottish expatriate shooters to publish in a “hunter’s homecoming” booklet. The collection will celebrate Scotland’s global links as part of the “Year of Homecoming 2014” and entries will be published on Scotland’s Natural Larder’s website.
The recipes must combine Scottish and international infl uences, while also including hunted ingredients or being designed to sustain hunters. The best recipe will win a day’s sport in Scotland during which the winning dish will be prepared by an SCSTG chef for its creator to enjoy.
