The full length two-way zip on the outside of each leg means you can put them on whilst shod, equally as important, at the end of the day you don’t have to get a “friend” to tug them back over dirty boots; they simply unzip and unwrap from your legs.
Access to trouser pockets via the zips is easy and there are belt loops on the waistband for those preferring “added security”.
The waistband is elasticated to give some flexibility and the overtrousers are fastened by two pairs of studs in line with the leg zips on each side and the width of the hem is adjustable with two settings.
The pine green is a good neutral colour and the overtrousers are tough yet comfortable, the Seetex membrane is breathable, windproof and waterproof and the garment is lined (above crotch level) with a soft warm material.
The only minus for me was that they proved too noisy when crawling on the hill in pursuit of red deer.
That aside these overtrousers are ideal for all in the shooting field from the beaters to the Guns.
