They certainly sharpen up the outline of the clays but I find I miss more targets when wearing them than I do when they?re off. Why should this be?

If you?re at all serious about your clay shooting then a set of coloured lenses should be standard kit and carried everywhere in case conditions demand them.

But their worth depends on the quality of the optics ? poor quality glasses can actually distort your view of the target to the point where you don?t get a true image of it.

To discover if your glasses are at fault you should ask to try those of your friends? and see if they make a difference.

If they do, then bin the ones you?ve got and go buy a better set.
