What you need:
* 4 partridge breasts
* 100g puff pastry
* 2 apples
* 40g Stilton cheese
* 1 egg for glazing
* 1tbsp chutney
* salt and pepper
* splash of orange juice
* drizzle of balsamic glaze

How to cook:
1: Heat up the oven to 180 degrees.
Roll out the pastry and glaze with an egg.
Put the pastry in the oven with a tray on top, to keep it flat.
Core the apples and slice thinly.

2: Rub a trying pan with garlic and add oil. Heat up the pan.
Seal the seasoned partridge breasts by splashing with orange juice and cooking for two minutes on each side.
Allow to rest.

3: Remove the pastry from the over and spread a thing layer of chutney on it.

4: Layer the sliced apple on top and splash with orange juice.
Crumble some Stilton over and place the breasts on top of that.

5: Sprinkle with the remaining Stilton and drizzle with oil and balsamic glaze.

6: Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
