Why are different shotgun cartridges all called JK6?

I have come across three shotgun cartridges, one being RC, that have a cartridge called JK6. Why the shared name?

SHOTGUN CARTRIDGES

Easy, JK6 isn?t actually the name of these cartridges but the propellant, instead.

This means any cartridge maker can stamp the name on a case if he chooses to fill it with that particular powder.

This particular propellant forms part of a range made by Bofors in Sweden.

Because of its burning characteristics it?s one that loaders like to use in heavier load cartridges for, say, high pheasants.
