The guide provides simple information about the complex regulations and will be useful to muzzle loaders, home loaders, historical re-enactors and police firearms and explosives licensing staff.
BASC director of firearms, Bill Harriman, said: “We have worked long and hard with ACPO, the Health and Safety Executive, and partners within the shooting community to produce a simple document to explain this complex legislation. We hope this will help those people who need to deal with this area of law.”
