Never before has delivering country sports experiences been so important. To help maintain the country’s exacting reputation, the Scottish Country Sports Tourism Group (SCSTG) has created a series of training courses.
The one-day course is based around the ‘customer service journey’ and the opportunities it presents to add value and better service at every stage.
Designed to allow each participant the opportunity to learn from and share personal experiences in dealing with country sports clients, the course also looks at various methods of service recovery and getting the right message across.
The course is limited to just 15 places and costs £100, with each participant receiving a recognised SCSTG certificate of attendance.
Delegates can apply for 50% of the course fees to be reimbursed by directly applying to ‘Skills Development Scotland’.

November 21st – North Highlands (venue tbc)
