"Wild Meat in a Day"

Food Safari is running a "Wild meat in a Day" course on 6 February and 28 March, at The Anchor in Suffolk from 10am to 4pm.

You'll be given a step-by-step guide to preparing fresh locally-shot game that will include rabbit, venison and other game birds.

There'll be the chance to skin your own rabbit, pluck a bird and learn some butchery techniques.

The cost is £150 per person or £275 per couple and this include refreshments, three-course lunch and your own game to take home.

There is a 20% discount if you book 6 weeks in advance.
