Royal Mail has announced that it will launch a one-month public consultation at the end of January on its proposals for the carriage of Section 1 and 2 firearms (including relevant shotguns and rifles) and some Section 1 components (for example, barrels, chambers, cylinders, breeches, blocks and bolts).
