The Holland 100, a challenging sporting course over 12 stands, opens up for shooters from 29th-31st March and Tuesdays & Wednesdays until 14th April 2021.

Situated at the stunning Holland & Holland shooting grounds in Northwood, the course has been designed by head instructors as an entertaining way for shooters to ease themselves back into the sport after an enforced break of several months.

Nicolas Ollivier, Director of Shooting Grounds said: “After a long winter, we are pleased to be opening on Monday 29th March with new owners and many exciting projects in the pipeline. We are delighted to offer shooters free clays and cartridges with all lessons in April and to launch the Holland 100.”

Entry requirements

All participants in the Holland 100 must be in possession of their own shotgun certificate and shotgun. Cartridges must be fibre wad only and Hull Sovereign Fibre cartridges will be available for purchase if needed.

Bookings must be made in advance and are only available in selected time slots. The entry fee is £45 plus £40 for any additional rounds. There is no green fee.

Shooters will be accompanied by a guide from the Holland & Holland team who will take care of the scoring for groups of up to five people. There is a minimum of three people to a group although Holland & Holland are available to help with pairing participants if numbers need to be made up.

Bookings can be made here.

High Gun Prize

The emphasis is on fun rather than competition. However there will be a High Gun Prize of 1000 Hull Sovereign Fibre cartridges and a Holland & Holland goodie bag. In addition, all participants will be entered into a weekly draw for the chance to win 500 Hull Sovereign Fibre cartridges and a Holland & Holland goodie bag.

Exciting development

On 1 February 2021 Beretta Holdings bought the Holland & Holland brand and at the time Karl Waktare, managing director of Beretta UK importer GMK commented:  ‘This is a really exciting development for Holland and Holland and the whole Beretta Group. Together I am sure we can build a great future.”
