Launched in 2015, the Zenith is Eley Hawk’s premier range of game cartridges, incorporating copper-coated lead shot to suit modern over-under shots. The copper-coated lead shot delivers strong stopping power at all ranges due to the copper’s harder compound which reduces pellet deformation as the shot goes down the barrel and through the gun’s choke. This ensures it maintains a superior pattern during flight, resulting in more shot on target and a bigger impact on the quarry ensuring a clean kill.
Taking the already outstanding qualities of the copper-coated lead options to the next level, Eley Hawk has further developed the Zenith range to meet the demands of environmentally conscious shooters by introducing steel and bismuth versions combined with the revolutionary Pro Eco Wad.
The Zenith Steel Pro Eco is created with only the finest powders and premium steel shot, delivering superior ballistics and patterning, combined with the hydro-soluble shot cup to support the shooter’s environmentally friendly credentials. The new load is available in 12 gauge and loaded with 28g in shot size 5, and 32g in shot size 4.
The Zenith Bismuth Pro Eco combines the unique highest quality bismuth alloy shot, delivering good knock-down power and performance comparable to lead, with a hydro-soluble shot cup to provide unmatched ballistics at range while supporting environmentally friendly credentials. Available in 12 gauge and loaded with 32g and shot size 4, and 36 gram and shot size 3.
